Is anyone else here sick of all the phoney Curse of Chucky info we have been seeing the last couple of months.
Now granted this just proves that fans are starving for new info on this film with Universal being all tight lipped and whatnot and that is a good thing. It is nice to see that there are fans that care enough about the franchise that want to see news and info. DVD sales should be good which is great for both the fans and Universal.
But what really pisses me off more than anything are these other sites or posters on these sites that claim fan made or obscure pics to be actual news. Infact I saw someone post the same exact pic that is in my sig and claim it was a legit CoC pic. I swear that if I see that trailer with the girl singing that "la lalula la la la" verse at the beginning one more time I am going to punch my computer screen. It is a good "FAN MADE" trialer but I hate these websites that are posing it as the real deal. What is even worse are the stupid idiots that actually think it is a real trailer. Same goes for the Youtube videos of pics with the Dead Silence piano sountrack playing in the background.
Also, now we have recently been seeing an influx of pics of the Chucky doll/prop from Kevin Yeager's workshop being posted as "the new Chucky" I can see where people would think it is real because it is a scuplt that looks slightly different from other Chuckys we have seen but still. Chances are they took the pic from the thread on this site so they know up front it isn't real. STOP LYING!
At least that facebook site that booted me off is now giving us credit when others post pics saying it is real, and even that guy that runs it is starting to get pissed with all the fakes that are being posted by others. I guess that is some progress.
Again, I am not that starving for new info that bad but I do like to do my round of google searches each day just to stay up to the minute when we get more news if it isn't here first. I also don't mind people posting fan made stuff since some of it is creative but for God's sake I wish these people would stop posting it as real news.
