I like the part where Chucky and Glen are looking out of the window, and Chucky says "What shall we do today?" while Glen is looking worried.
I have to say that Chucky didn't get enough credit on his parenting skills. Tiffany get's all this credit for being a good mother, but while spent more time preparing for the fact that she had a child, Chucky was actually taking time to get to know said child. Of course he wasn't teaching him the right things, but at least he was doing his best to be a more hands on parent.

Classic Chucky though.
Part of why I like Seed so much is we get to see Chucky interact more as a main character as opposed to just a slasher- we get to know him a bit better and follow him more through the movie. I think he's just killer cute (hahaha) for some reason.
Yeah, I know what that is like. I catch a lot of flak from my family for being a Chucky fan. The only person I can remember who was into it as much as me what my Grandma back before she passed away, who brought me into the series when I was like 6. She even went out of her way to have my brother rent the first Child's Play when we missed it in the marathons that would always run on TV of the first 3. I remember she called me up as soon as she heard about Bride to let me know Chucky was coming back.
But yeah, if I mention Chucky around my family now, it's mostly just eye rolling.
Well you can watch all of the movies online... without downloading them... if you know the right place to look. Ever since I moved my 32 inch screen to my bedroom and bought a 50 inch for my living room, I've been dying to get the series on Blu-ray, except I can't find them individually. I know I can buy them in the collector set, but I feel as if it's a greater feet to own them all individually.
I remember the year Seed came out the theater wouldn't let me and my friend in because we were underage, since I was only 14 when it came out, so a week later I found some crappy bootleg, and burnt it to a CD (yes a CD, not DVD) and pulled some magic to watch it with my friend on my parents 56 inch box of a big screen. Shit was so cash.

Eh well. I have em all now anyway.
I want to own individual copies too at some point but have the collectors version too. I was originally going to just buy one by one but then they didn't have Seed at Hastings and the week before they did and I got mad. SO I bought the whole set for myself for my birthday.
So I have the 20th anniversary edition of Child's play and a rental version of Curse and then a box set of everything.
None of mine are blu-ray though. We do have a player in the living room but my player is just DVDs and my TV is an ancient analog TV- it's heavy and annoying. But it does the trick and I'm happy with it.
You could try Hastings for individual copies. We were there and they had them in Blu-ray.
Never heard of Hastings, except for the small town in Michigan near where I grew up. Thanks for the recommendation though, I'll look into it.
Ahhh analog TVs, I remember when I had one of those and I had to work some magic in order to watch my movies burnt on CD-Rs I only recently bought a Blu-ray drive for my computer when I had to rebuild it after my old machine blew up.
I remember the day my VCR ate up my VHS od Child's Play 2, I most definitely cried.
Is the disc scratched? There's loads of home remedies to try for that. I had success once by wetting the disc first slightly, then gently rubbing toothpaste onto the entire side of the disc. Then I let it sit for a bit, then washed it off. To my surprise the disc worked. There's different "fixes" many people swear by, such as the toothpaste I mentioned, Brasso (brass cleaner), and other random stuff. It might be hear-say, but I figure... the disc is fudged, so I got nothing left to lose.
Yeah it doesn't seem like there's any Hastings stores around my neck of the woods here in the smack dab middle of Wisconsin.

GoodGal: This place is so dead. I logged in after nearly 2? years and there’s nothing abuzz about the remake even. I’m shocked. It’s sad because I joined back in 2013 and it used to be somewhat active. I check in every few years LOL. So sad.
