How would you have made Child's Play 3?

Thanks for hanging in there, guys. I'm sure there's a few areas that could be strengthened/fixed for logic/consistency. This is just a first draft of a VERY messy outline. Should I feel inclined to write this in full prose, everything will be ironed out. Thanks for all your suggestions and keeping me going!
Here's the latest:
Kyle and Andy stand there looking at one another, fearful of the challenge they’re about to tackle. Andy holds up his gun and Kyle takes out a knife. Kyle nods to him as he follows her lead slowly up the stairs. He sees one Good Guy doll sitting in a seat and he goes to tap it with his hand. It doesn’t move. He moves his hair to see if its ear is bleeding; it isn’t.
Kyle is in another row with two Good Guy dolls leaning on one another. She lifts one of them to the side and checks its ear to see that it’s still intact. She checks the other doll quickly and shakes her head to Andy.
Andy looks at one of the middle rows where the nun is still sitting, slumped over into her tub of popcorn. Andy looks at Kyle and then slowly shuffles into the aisle. He looks to her side to see a Good Guy doll sitting in the seat next to her. He pushes her head back in her seat to reveal her slit neck and glazed over eyes. He cringes at the sight of this. He pans over to the Good Guy doll and cocks his gun.
Just then, one of the seats flips back and forth a few rows down. Kyle goes down the aisle and checks the seat that moved. She slowly inches her way in until she gets to the seat. She looks into the crevice of the cushion and sees that it’s a kid’s backpack that slumped into the seat, causing it to flip up on itself. She sighs in relief as she looks back at Andy and shakes her head. Andy turns back to the Good Guy doll sitting next to the nun, except it’s not there anymore. He turns his head, looking all over for it, but it’s gone.
Next to Kyle, the backpack unzips itself and Chucky pops out of it, stabbing her in the thigh.
“KYLE!” yells Andy as he runs out of his row. She falls down to the floor and tries to crawl away as Chucky slowly advances on her. Andy runs into the row as Chucky jumps onto her, putting his knife to her neck.
“DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT,” yells Chucky, pressing the knife hard against her neck. Andy stands pointing the gun at him, shaking. Kyle looks back at him, shaking her head subtly. “NOW GET UP,” Chucky says to Kyle, nudging her with the knife. She stands up slowly, Chucky wrapped around her neck as she looks at Andy. “DROP IT!” he yells. Andy lowers his gun, dropping it to the floor. “Now, turn around.”
Andy does as he’s told and turns away from Kyle. Chucky clocks her on the head with the butt of his knife, causing her to collapse to the floor. Before Andy can turn around, Chucky’s landed on Andy’s shoulders. “We’re gonna play a little game of Follow the Leader, sport… Now, GET MOVIN’!”

I do have an idea as to where to take the story from here. I had written something up a few weeks back but had some conflicting ideas on where to take it, so I stopped and hadn't worked on it since.
