If there is one constant in this Universe it is that we need to eat. So with that said, what are some of your favorite foods?
I'll go first. I am going to do my top favorites. Other do not have to answer in this fashion, but seeing as how I am a fat MF'er I can't just decide on 1... or 10. Like I always say, never trust a skinny chef, so here it goes:
1. Philly Cheesesteak, but it literally has to be from Geno's in Philly with onion, mushroom, mayo, and Cheese Wiz.
2. Sushi. Just about anykind but my top favs are Salmon Roe (eggs), Futomaki roll, or anything with Tuna. Actually I prefer Raw Tuna over cooked or canned.
3. Locks (Smoked Salmon on a Bagle) I like this with creamcheese (that's a given) onions and capers.
4. King Crab legs. My GF will buy me one or 2 for Christmas every year. Best shellfish meat ever.
5. Super Egg. You're thinking WTF is that? There are a few different way to do this, but I will take a hard boiled egg, cut the top and discard the yolk, then fill it with black caviar.
6. Turkey Pot Pie. For get Thanksgiving's Day, in my house it's all about the day after when I get to have my GF pot pie that made from the remainder of the Turkey from the day before.
7. Chicken Parm with Fettucini Alfredo. I love mixing the left over red sauce from the Chicken Parm with the white sauce on my pasta.
8. Meatloaf stuffed with smoked guda... nuff said.
9. Pizza with extra cheese and anchovies. Of course I live in PA and not one place has come even close to the pizza I used to get when I was a kid in Brooklyn, NY
Last but not least... 10. Peanut Butter and Marshmallow fluff jammed between 2 Pop Tarts. I'll admit this is something I came up with when I was stoned one night many years ago. I don't part take in herbs anymore, but I will revisit this treat from time to time. NOTE: you gotta used on of the traditional fruit filled Pop Tarts. Anything else just sucks.
Again, I am overweight and it is for a reason. At least I can proudly say that I am overweight from eating bad food at good restaurants. I am not a fast food kinda guy. YUCK!!! Now, I am looking to lose weight, so it am sticking to fish and chicken for protien, and only eating Carbs in the morning.
